Survival Island

Room 25 began their Survival Island adventure in the first three weeks of this term.
We had to imagine that we had been stranded on an island with only the clothes on our back and three other people.
Each day we rolled the dice to determine our weather, picked a flotsam that washed up ashore and figured innovative ways to use it, and pulled a problem from a box to solve.
We also had to describe what we ate each day, what we used as shelter (or how we improved it) and what we used as weapons.

The winning group went to Pebble Island, who not only solved their problems in very interesting ways, but kept everything up to date and at a high standard. 
They were awarded with two coconuts!!

    Hello, I think my group did a great job. we all worked well as a team. We should do something like that again :) and if so I want to be in this team again, because we all worked well together and communicated well. So miss puke can we please do something like that again!!!

    Sup i dont think our group worked very well at all! We did a stink job. My fave problem solving was the tell the time one cause all we hade to do was place a stick in the ground and look at the shadow. ciao.

    Hi, i think my group did i really great job even though we didn't win! [stink] We were good together because we thought up really good ideas and we got excited to do Survival island because it sounded FUN! ;) Also Miss Puke i do agree with Ella-xanthe so can we please do something like this again! :)

    HI!,i think exactly like what ella said. I think my team (Ella, Dion and steph) worked great as a team. we had lots of fun deciding how our future was going to go and how. Our favourite solution to a problem was probably turning dead steph into STEPH KABABS!! yummmmy!

    i think our team didn't work very well together. my favorite solution to a problem was telling the time because it was the easiest problem to fix, all we had to do was put a stick in the ground and look at the shadow.

    I think our team did alright for 2 boys.We didn't do as well as groups of 4.We were good at coming up with ideas.My favorite problem was being flooded all we had to do was move to higher ground

    i enjoyed this activity, i think my team did well, we won YAY!!! :) i found the weather the easiest and i liked it when i broke my leg pig hunting(: i would like do this something like this again and work with different people to see what we work like together:)

    I loved doing this!!! it was sooo fun!! Our group worked soo well togerther and our cover was awesome!! We should do this type of thing alot more!!

    i really enjoyed this activity,cause our team worked really well (we won) YAY!!!!!!!! and i really liked working out our problem solving card and our flotsam card.i found the weather the easiest!!!haha.i think that we should do more of this kind of stuff :)Go......PEBBLE ISLAND!!!!
