Day 1 at Otumoetai Intermediate

Welcome to Ruma 25's 2013 blog!

Here you will be able to see what has been happening in our class and the events we participate in around the school.

February 4th marked the first day of school at Otumoetai Intermediate. We started the day off finding our new classrooms and learning about the expectations Miss Puke has for us for the year.
We did some activities to get to know each other, like the toilet paper roll and Human Treasure Hunt.
We also began our korowai feathers which will be put together to create our class korowai.

    Hey, this is Genesis yeah i remember one of miss puke's expectation's one of them is to say 'yes & no' to the whoever instead of saying yup and nah.... ( Not talking to anyone impaticular ella-xanthe) Haha! :) The first day was really cool because i got to see my friends and got to know who's class i was going to be in! :) It was exciting. I love my class! :) Bye .x

    The most memobrable things on the first day of being a yr8 would be being in Miss Pukes class,cause i have always wanted her since i was a yr 7 and i met tons of new friends!Tehehe.xx :P

    Yeah I kinda forgot to do the first day thing, well I really liked it and I felt really old next to the year 7's and I didnt know anyone apart from
    Casey and Steph . I like Miss Puke :D

    On the first day of year 8 was cool because i have 1 of the most coolest teackers ever. I was olso a bit sccared but not as much as year 7. ciao bhos

    i was really nervous on the first day of school but i felt really good because i knew i was a year 8
    but being in room 25 is kwl because i made lots of new friends and ive got a nice teacher.

    My first day as a Yr8 felt like i had came back from the school holidays and was still a Yr7.But i wasn't scared or nervous because i was with my friends straight away.

    me AGAIN!!!!! for genisis (sorry if i spelt ya name wrong) for cultural you can put down kapahaka, learing a second language, an academy your in, if you went to a place e.g a marae. (teacher told us this from last year if you were wondering) HOPE I HELPED!!!
